Sadly, the future of the Western Force franchise will be decided by dollars and cents.

If this eventuated I think I would burn every piece of Aus rugby merch I have and turn my back on the sport entirely. Out of spite for the ARU. They'd be stupid not to persevere with the 5 teams though and I think they will.

That would be Michael O'Connor. Haven't heard of Matthew O'Connor before. Interestingly the Tigers are leading the competition on 4 try bonus points. Nearly doubling everyone else.

Don't expect anyone else to help us.

Improvement has to start with retaining players and staff and address the reasons people are leaving.

A coach willing to commit to the task of building the team and the game is essential.

I don't know if anyone was an eagles fan while they were in the VFL but our present place within the ARU reminds me of that. We just need to bide our time, hit as hard as we can in the short term.

With all the Irish flooding in and existing English and Saffa population we'll be a powerhouse before we know it.
