My internet hasn't been working since Monday and they said "we'll be out tomorrow" if only tomorrow was a definate day, it still hasn't been fixed and as a result I missed an email from uni saying that my tute is actually on this week, because they cant afford to lose a week.
Thanks Telstra! I blame my potential human biol failure on you!
Oh and I 2nd what Skiza said about uni textbooks, I dont get the co-op discount, because Curtin doesn't have a co-op and they want 60 bucks for a few sheets of paper..Ha!! Oh and because of Telstra, I cant use EFTPOS at uni either.

Telstra sending out a man to fix my internet, this being his first case and him having absolutely no idea of what the problem is.
Then he played around with something and managed to stop my home phone line from working and now we have no internet or home phone line until Tuesday, because thats customer service
telstra was down everywhere on wednesday i think it was. because someone from telstra rang work and told us that we wouldnt have email or internet access.
that would ruffle my feathers if i was you as well laura.
I would have been grateful if it was just wednesday. Since Monday and by the time its fixed, that will be a total of 8 days at least!
