So who's going to enlighten us as to the Ben Seymour background story? Busting to know the goss!
dont want to steal RM's thunder;suffice to say,its more about what he didn't do,rather than what he did do,that pissed a few people off
Hansie should fess up to the Ben Seymour saga. He was in it up to his ears.
Don't beat about the bush Hansie.
Give us the truth. Did you get your money back?
what about your ass?![]()
Ok, the said player was given free rent by the club supporters for the year on the proviso he played for the club when not on Western force duties;as soon as the super 15 season ended he bolted back to Sydney(whilst still under contract to the Force).Couldn't care less about his obligation to the club
I think he played ONE game at club level here
Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.
I knew that but just wanted Nedlands to fess up to it because the line they were pushing (some of us have good memories) was that he was playing for Neddies out of the goodness of his heart and was such a great guy he was even coaching the Under 11's.
When challenged, all we had was denials from the President of the day. "Deadset".
It would appear from Hansie's most recent posts that Nedlands as a club have said enough is enough and are not going to throw heaps of cash at Force players who don't value it. Got to be a good thing if they follow through with it. That just leaves Cott - hell will freeze over before that lot change their ways.
BDG, since you seem to be Hansie's spokesman, I understood Neddies were taking some legal action against the player; any updates?
I find it interesting the way the rugby landscape is changing. I jest

Doubt it

Correct.
So lets look elsewhere. The lower placed clubs seem to be the ones who have said enough is enough.
It seems:
Wanneroo and Perth-Bayswater, if the results are a gauge, have said it
Rockingham always said it.
Kala and Soaks have certainly paid plenty to players to move from other clubs or so I am led to believe.
Wests are no angels, ask the coach
UWA have their fighting fund and have used it
Palmyra. Might say they have not spent and no doubt Fulvio will try and convince us. Anyone believe it?
