Force need to lock up the guys with potential. Mafi fits the bill in spades. Would hate to see him go and then a year down the track he's putting it all together and scoring 5+ try's a year like Drew Mitchell and Digby when they left. As pointed out above there are going to be a lot of backs to replace for 2013. This season is done, get cracking and start giving us something to get excited about for next year.

I'm not sure we will look at re-sign Fairbanks. He's played half a season in 2 years. The guy has heart but we got to look at the future.

Same applies to Turner doesn't it? All very well being a WA boy and potentially a decent fly half but he is permanently injured! And we have a reduced list.

The hangers side of things has been metioned in the press a while ago, you would think they would be looking at holmes pretty hard before him though surely.

Rocket Rod, waste of time and money... we have Alfie > Wara > Stanley > Godwin > Sidey > Dellit... all know can cover 11/14 & 15 well... dont need some one like RR when he cant even get into the REDS team....

Plus give some local lads a run, the winger for Kalamunda and Subi have some speed and looked the good from what i saw, also there's a winger i played with in Bunbury who is now in Rocky, who was picked in schoolboy QLD team and was in the extended Gold Coast squad when the ARC, still only early 20s... did the 100m sprint in less than 12 seconds.

I hope so too in Halangahu's case. How long do you reckon Ben Seymour will hang around playing second string to another second stringer. Not even convinced he'd be a good option to play 12 with Be10. He had his chance and brushed it.

If your going for a young Australian, i'd go for Lelefano over Hala. but in my eyes an international 9 & 10 is the ONLY option..

Rod Davies wouldn't be too bad if he was cheap. He might not be doing so well this year but last year, Samoa test aside, was strong. Perhaps a change of environment would do him some good.

Davies seems fragile to me....not just in body, but in mind. Sure he's quck, but you can't coach heart

We need someone cool carm and responsible not someone giving away penaltys in kicking distance when ever they get a bit wound up.
Not that we don't want a bit of mongrel though.
