Impressive stats to Eben Etzebeth with 9 Steals and Pieter-Steph du Toit with 4 Steals.
The Force Line Out will need to be on their game when we play the Stormers on 9 July.
Line outs won is kind of useless without total line outs. Probably better using % won on own throw and against throw.
Coleman has also played 1 or 2 more games then everyone in that list as well.
I would assume that 35 of Coleman's wins have been on a Force throw given he is listed with only 2 steals.
It would be nice to see a the amount vs the total line out's though, for example 35/50 on own throw etc.
Agreed with you jargan, though I don't think that too many of our lineouts thrown to him were lost. We need a lot of work on our lineout to minimise the loss of vital possession at crucial times of games like last week. I cant recall us throwing the ball to our first person in the line which is an easy lineout win when you need to keep possession rather than attacking. I have seen the best lineout teams use it. Why not us? And once you have done it once, it generally will get the opposition to think about that option and be slower to react to our normal calls for the jumpers.
our lineout is like everything else we do so predictable 1 3 5 why not try something different even if is doesn t work look at what the other teams are doing mix it up
