Japan and the Pacific Islands for Aussie Super 9's!
Let's have one of these in WA! Click this link: Saitama Super Arena - New Perth Stadium?
I find it VERY amusing that all the '2017 Force' players when leaving Perth Airport saying "oh if we can have the opportunity to play for the Western Force well return" ... Judas all of em - not that we need any of em anyway - a year playing together is better than any named players playing for the rabbles or ESRU ... well done for DHP on signing and I also see Curtis Rona is back in Perth, not sure if this is for a personal matter or sniffing around wanting to play as he hasn't signed with any NRC Team.
I noticed in the RA's 2017 annual 'report' that they still owe $1.8 million in liabilities in the 2019 financial year to non contracted Western Force players. Just gets better doesn't it.

The word opportunity is telling in those statements though.
They might be contractually obligated to play for the select few......
I assume guys like Andrew Deegan are in the same boat. I guess the litmus test will be when some of these contracts are up for negotiation, will Hodgo be able to lure those who don't have a Wallaby contract over, Once the dust has settled on that period of time you can start calling Judas.

Good to see DHP having a run on the paddock @ Rugby WA HQ today. Looking good in Western Force Blue .
One Team - One Dream - Go The Western Force
And the Rebels are apparently trying very hard to contract Deegan? Naff Off!
I’d put it far more strongly than that Val!! Who the actual f do they think they are. And how many blank cheques are left in RA’s cheque book for the account called “For the Rebels - whatever it takes.” FFS
Proudly Western Australian; Proudly supporting Western Australian rugby

Unfortunately I think I read somewhere that he is contracted only for 2018 WSR and NRC.
Hope to be provin wrong
I think from Andrew Deegan’s point of view it would be worth it to play WSR in 2019. The Force is an up and coming entity in all aspects . The comp is becoming a really exciting prospect . Why abandon all that for SR which is a yawnfest where he may or may not get regular time on the park . Also bear in mind that the Rebels culture is under scrutiny after the shenanigans at the end of last season. You might find DHP advising him to stay where he is .
Well if the Super sides start poaching our best "new Force" players, then Twiggy, Force and the other 7 WSR sides can do the same back to them. All "peace" arrangements are off. Who has deeper pockets? Twiggy/Panasonic etc or RA/NSW/Reds/Brumbies/Rebels?
Folau, Pocock, Coleman etc come on over boys!
