Can't say that Mr Two-Dads did a whole lot better when he came on.
But the dumping of Sias did produce some good outcomes. He sorted himself out and stopped kicking rubbish, bullshit kicks. Admittedly, I'd like to see him be more of a running flyhalf than he is, but I'm happy to see balls kicked well (apart from his first kick for touch)
We need to deliver some messages about performing now. Paddy Dellit would be one I would drop....he said on air that they weren't focussing on the results this season and were interested in themselves, well he has been pretty ordinary when the pressure has been on throughout the season. Get ANYBODY in there for him and let's at least lose trying.
Will Tupou is another ripe for replacement, Wykes needs a bloody rocket and (unfortunately) Hodgeo is being overshadowed by Chris Alcock. I would Bench the captain, Two Dads in for Tupou, Junior for Dellit and Phoenix to get the start rather than Wykes.
With Two Dads on, we might even be able to run Sam Christie for 20 or 30 and get some line challenge in at the expense of a kicking option. Sias seems the only decent tactical kicker at the moment and hopefully Norton-Knight will fill that gap.
