OK, I'll spell it out . Both relieved of their contract. Henjak suspended 4-6 weeks, Sare half that.
Both free to negotiate fresh contracts immediately. Henjak probably already has his stitched up.
Once the new contract is signed, there will be a successful appeal against his conviction / sentence.

By the way I agree with you only because the ARU won't let EWF get 2 new players as a replacemenet - so why would they shoot the team in foot by having a squad short of 2 players
