Backline star James O'Connor has returned to the Wallabies squad but won't play in Saturday's Test against Argentina on the Gold Coast.
Coming back from a hamstring injury, O'Connor joined coach Robbie Deans' squad on the Gold Coast on Monday and is targeting a return in the Test against South Africa in Pretoria on September 30.
While O'Connor won't be picked for the Rugby Championship match against Argentina, fellow centre Pat McCabe is expected to win selection, possibly on the bench, for the Skilled Stadium clash as he makes his return from a foot injury.
McCabe has also missed all three Rugby Championship matches to date - the two losses to New Zealand and Saturday's 26-19 win over the Springboks in Perth.

on a more serious note, how about Judas getting selected for the wobblies when he has hardly played this season, was crap when he did (McCabes finest hour), been injured for four months, and not played a single minute of even club rugby to prove match fitness or form.

He's the type of player who just has the X factor and doesn't need a lot of Rugby to perform. What ever number is on his back his first instinct is to attack. If he does decide to kick it's like a canon ball. When chips he always chases hard and, if he doesn't regather usually makes the tackle. I know he's criticised for his gen Y attitude, but there's no denying his talent. I hope he's back firing very soon.
