QUEENSLAND winger Clinton Schifcofske is recovering well after being bitten on the right foot by a spider in his sleep during the a pre-season camp at Kingscliff last weekend.
When he awoke on Sunday morning, his foot had blown up.

"I didn't know what it was initially but my foot went massive and when I got back to Brisbane I had to be admitted to St Andrew's," said Schifcofske, who still does not know what type of spider bit him.

I suppose its lucky it only bit him on the foot. He'd be a bit stuffed if it bit him on the face.
