    Yeah between a tired Japan team and the USA as opposed to two fresh Tier 1 nations. For sure the schedule was improved this time around but still room for improvement.

    Just treat every team the same. Most of the lower ranked nations have earned that by their performances. They desreve a shot.

    I think the world cup has again shown that the gap between Tier 1 and 2 nations is getting smaller. In fact, given that Scotland are a fairly small rugby playing nation - as shown in the numbers below - I'd like to know what classifies a Tier 1 or Tier 2 nation....?
