A new publication for the fiction section of your library. Enough organic material in there to keep a small market garden healthy.
On a more serious note, I want to know where to find the notes numbered 4 onwards in the financial statements. Do we have to ask for them separately?
I also would like to know what the $14million entry for "corporate" expenditure consists of. Is that the running costs for the ARU itself? If so, it's almost half the cost of maintaining 5 super rugby franchises? Seriously?????

Alison How can they come out this yr and tell us how bad things are .. when they wrote a report like that 6 months ago bragging how much they had done for rugby in Australia .. I have washed less crap out of cowshed after milking cows than what the ARU can come up with....
Couldn't agree more Tonkar! It really is a pile of cow poo!

Apparently there is some section of the Financial statements that they can keep from public view, not sure how it works, but stops it being viewed publicly without a special application.
In past financial reports all director fees have been reported, appears to be something else the ARU could be trying to hide from public view - given the timing of annual report release in middle of Super rugby future debate.
Well that stinks! Surely they can't publish a set of annotated accounts that say 'to be read in conjunction with the notes' and then prevent anyone from knowing what the notes actually say unless they vet you first??
Hansie, General??
