A great effort by the Tahs. The pack stood up well. The set piece was surprisingly good, the halves were clever and sharp and the backs have speed to burn. Horne is going to be one of the greats. 5 points in Wellington is a great result and not too many teams will do it. Excellent
How about some running rugby from the attack coach?
Some one call Guinness. Chiselhead just gave praise to another team

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa
yea the tahs still look good this season, the forwards turned up to play today.
Tahs' defence was awesome but they were considerably helped by a Sydney referee. How they didn't have at least 1 yellow card is beyond me, especially after the 'final' warning given within the first 10 minutes!

Yep...Horne is the real thing... Tahu looked good and the pack worked well... a lucky win but and good one to set up some confidence to start their season... They have the chiefs at home next week I think... i was surprised I expected the Canes to take this one... Where was Weepu? i thought he was going to play at flyhalf...That late injury was lucky for the tahs...
Weepu was ruled out late Friday i think, much to the dismay of some of our Fantasy players

I could have sworn I heard someone mention it Friday night at the bowlo before the Force game when we were talking Fantasy sides
