    Hypothetical Season Dates For 2009

OK so i got bored at work the other day and started thinking about next years possible Rugby tours, then about the possible dates for next season. So i based these on next season starting the same weekend as this year, which was the 2nd weekend in Febuary, if that is the case it will look similar to this (dates have put down as the weekend of):

    Febuary 13th-15th - Auckland Blues
    Febuary 20th-22th - Cheetahs
    Febuary/March 28th-1st - ACT Brumbies
    March 6th-8th - Waikato Chiefs
    March 13th-15th - Canterbury Crusaders
    March 20th-22nd - Sharks
    March 27th-29th - BYE
    April 3rd-5th - Queensland Reds
April 10th-12th - Wellington Hurricanes Edit: If correct this is the Easter Weekend next year also
    April 17th-19th - NSW Waratahs
    April 24th-26th - Lions
    May 1st-3rd - Bulls
    May 8th-9th - Stormers
    May 15th-16th Otago Highlanders

    Home games are in blue

(feel free to point anything i have missed, and yes i have too much time at work )

Excellent - rugby on Valentine's Day, and a trip to Sydney mid-April.
Then I can save up for Brisbane the next year. Sorted!!!

Reckon there might be another InnForcers tour to NZ this season?

The Brubies game would also be a WA long weekend if those dates are confirmed.

Brumbies, Chiefs and Crusaders...that sounds like an InnFORCEers Tour!!

It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa

Now to find an airline who'll pre-book me some hypothetically cheap flexible tickets.

Unless you are working of confirmed dates TIF, I would think the long weekend to be the Chiefs match weekend as it is normally on my birthday weekend (6th).

Sounds right, but it would be first full weekend rather than first weekend with a day in March, ie next year it's 28th-1st then 7th-8th.
I guess someone will be able to find out soon enough, I'm hoping it's the 7th-8th...
