MEMBER EXCLUSIVE:
The Force will host seven high-quality fixtures during the first year of an expanded Asteron Life Super Rugby competition in 2016.
The draw released by SANZAR today sees us play bumper home matches at the 'Force Field' against New Zealand's Crusaders and Blues; South Africa's Bulls and Stormers; and Australian derbies against the Waratahs, Brumbies and Rebels. The team will also travel to Tokyo to take on newcomers Japan in their first season as part of the Super Rugby competition.
CEO, Mark Sinderberry, said the massive suite of home matches was just another of the considerable benefits for members in 2016.
"We're very excited about sharing another big season of Super Rugby with our members and supporters in 2016," he said.
"With a number of massive home fixtures, we're looking forward to having Sea of Blue part of each of these matches next year.
"This is on top of the priority purchase access to tickets for the Wallabies' Test match which will also be held at the 'Force Field' in September, and the free memberships we're offering our junior members in selected areas from next season."

Extended NZ InnFORCErs tour?
"12 Years aSupporter" starring the #SeaOfBlue
1 week trips to Japan and Bloemfontein?
2 NZ teams at home and 3 away (mind you, at least we get our three NZ games in one hit, the other Australian teams go there twice)
We only get the Reds and Waratahs once (not home and away).
And Japan and Argentina may beat us on the km travelled this year!
Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
Now isn't this interesting (if I've got the numbers right)?
2012, 8 home games at nib @ $435 per seat.
2013, 8 home games at nib @ $455 per seat.
2014, 8 home games at nib @ $455 per seat.
2015, 8 home games at nib @ $470 per seat.
For 2016, 7 home games at nib @ $470 per seat.
Compare our draw to the Tahs...
Of course they send us to Japan.
Was the story of Japan not able to get a team together just a rumour?
With it saying TBC that game could go to Queenstown and although I have never been to Forsyth Bar Stadium in Dunedin, I have been to Queenstown Sports Park and it is absolutely outstanding with Remarkables in the background and planes flying in and out, not to mention the party of Queenstown.
Chiefs also a TBC which could end up going to Pukukohe (Counties), New Plymouth (Naki) or Rotarua (BOP) if it is not played at Hamilton.
It does make for an awesome tour with Wellington thrown in!
Japan would also be good and I hear what Gerry is saying about playing golf in Thailand on the way there and/or back
Anyone got a job for a busted arse ex real estate agent with more recent experience in the Project Management of some of Perth's recent award winning commercial buildings???
80 Minutes, 15 Positions, No Protection, Wanna Ruck?
Ruck Me, Maul Me, Make Me Scrum!
Education is Important, but Rugby is Importanter!
The new draw runs on a two year cycle, 7 home games one year and 8 home games the following year, playing every team in the competition (either home or away) over every two year cycle.
Can't get much fairer than that!

If I were to go over for the Highlanders game I would prpobably spend the majority of my time in Queenstown so it won't be too big of a drama if the game is in Queenstown.
I've been looking at the game in Japan though and am very tempted to travel for that one. Although the game is out of hiking/climbing season on Mt Fuji![]()
The net effect being that in terms of cost per game, the price of a Gold Membership in 2016 has been increased by 14% over the 2015 price.
That's one way to get the margins up in 2016.
Cute.
Is that certain? We'll be playing the other SA conference next year, so it would be a two year cycle to play everyone but a four year cycle if we play everyone home and away. And if we play 8 home in 2017, it will be 8 again in 2018 to play the opposite of 2016, then presumably 2x7, etc.
