Giteau set for hearing over ref comments
AAP April 28, 2010, 3:02 pm
Brumbies' five-eighth Matt Giteau will face a SANZAR judicial hearing on Wednesday night, following his criticism of referee Steve Walsh's performance in last Saturday's 19-12 Super 14 loss to NSW.
Giteau said it was pointless for the Brumbies to turn up, if Walsh was retained as referee for Saturday night's important clash with Queensland.
The Wallabies' playmaker faces a possible suspension and/or fine for his comments.
Walsh was on Wednesday stripped of his duties for this weekend's game at Canberra Stadium, swapping matches with New Zealander Chris Pollock.

Should start a TAB on whether he weazels out of it with some spin BS, cops a fine, cops suspension or cops fine and suspension.
Mine's on him weazeling out of it!
Just happy to be here
Token fine is my bet!
1 week. Same as Walsh got.
I thought Walsh had his game swapped?
Does that mean Giteau has to swap teams for this week?
