Great effort for two "club-less" fellas from Gero making the Country Squad and congrats to Bully for making yet another Country XV!

Yeah, they all came toto watch Wallabies V South Africa but the Country "hoodies" they were wearing after the game had a big blue and yellow bird logo on the back and they all looked like Eagles supporters! I think they told me Country lost in a close one. Handed out a few TWF cards to them as well.

Thanks TIF, might give RWA a shout and get an update from them.
Hopefully get a few more from the Country from your card dealing too!

Weezled this out of RugbyWA:
The annual WA Country clash with the RugbyWA District Selection XV was yet again a tightly contested encounter, with the District team coming out victors 24-17. The match proved to be an arm wrestle from the start, with neither team scoring a point until late in the first half. This deadlock was broken with the District team scoring two tries before the break to open up a handy 12-0 lead at the break.
The warm conditions helped the game open up in the second half with both teams adding two more tries to the overall tally. Mandurah Pirates flyhalf Steve Quinlan was Man of the Match putting on a fine attacking display and scoring two tries.
