Jeez thanks for the breakdown......anecdotally I would've said we did better than that....I thought Sharpie took a lot more clean ball, the poor calling of the throws wasn't a surprise to me, that's one thing you see pretty well from where I sit. Good to see the stats in black and white.
You can really see from this and watching the replay that it wasn't so much Bryce Lawrence favouring the Blues as the Blues being better at exploiting his interpretations. They saw he was allowing a fair bit of leeway on the straight throws and pushed it as hard as they could....when they saw Tai throw one a bit wonky they shouted and bitched...probably gulled the ref into calling it because he'd 'just given one the other way' admittedly the difference between the one he called for the Blues and the one he called for the Force was about a metre, and several he let go for the Blues were worse than the one he called for us....by that stage, he was completely under their spell.
