Thought I might post this one up coming into the final 2 games of the season.
4: Cameron Shepherd
3: David Smith, James O'Connor
2: Sidey, Wykes, Cummins
1: Mafi, Charles, McCalman
At an average of just over one try a game, that makes Cameron Shepherd likely to take out the gong. However to make any guarantees, he'll need to get on the field.
Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.
I heard he was withdrawn from the game with hamstring problems.
I'm not an expert on this but I thought even with a mild hamstring problem you should not be rushed back. With only a couple of games left we may not see him back this season. Has anyone heard an update on his injury?
Todays newspaper said Shepherd was expected to play next week

That's good news..
If Sheps was a horse they would have shot him way back. He's realy sus now a days and I dont think they can afford to have him in the Wallabies. Don't get me wrong there is nothing better than a fit Shep but............
May the FORCE be with you!
RG has a full compliment to choose from except for Pek (jaw).

Wonder who will play 10???

I'll saw this now, but if JOC or Ripia play 10 and Chucky isn't in the 22, with at least half a run at fly I'll be venting my anger and you'll here me from the front row of the Shed.
And be baracking for the Reds (only reason - honest) is we'll be in Brisbane when the Super Finals are on and want to watch a final in the atmosphere of Suncorp.....
Just hope it doesn't come to this and we see J.Stannard on the team sheet come tommorrow.
This shouldn't even be a question to ask. 10 = Chucky all the way. Do we want to win the game or just come away with another "we did well but were beaten on the day by a better team" (like we continously hear from RG)
Chucky has been more inventing and has a game plan together more than the combined flyhalves we've had since our 1st Est game in 2005.
Has RG got a brain on his shoulder or just picking a team on name alone instead of FORM.

So he did. My bad. I had him down for just the one against the Brumbies. Old age is getting to me![]()

"Remember lads, rugby is a team game; all 14 of you make sure you pass the ball to ..........."
This could be bad for the vbookie.
Gerry will be praying for Sidey to score another try, and I'd fancy his chances, but if he doesn't and O'Connor does, it could be a three way pay out on Shepherd, Smith and O'Connor (noone has bet on Sidey).
I want to see Wykesy score another two.

Oconnor wont score another try.............. im willing to bet my house on it!
pathetic talleys really .... HAVE WE AN ATTACKING COACH ?
You should qualify that one ZimI'm sure he'll score another try... in his whole life.
But you are completely right, I forgot about his suspension.
This is what I would like to see for the Rebels-
1. Longbottom
2. Whittaker
3. Fairbrother
4. Wykes
5. Hockings
6. Brown
7. Hodgson
8. McCalman
9. Swanepoel
10. Stannard
11. Cummins
12. Sidey
13. Dellit
14. Mafi
15. Shepherd
16. Charles (needs a rest)
17. Dunning (better bench impact)
18. Battye
19. Pocock (the guy needs a break- don't want him injured for the Wallabies)
20. Sheehan
21. Fairbanks (otherwise we have no back up 10)
22. David Smith (would be a great impact player)
