Both teams had their share of dropping the ball, kicking out on the full etc. Do you think the win was solid, or just dumb luck?
Dear Lord, if you give us back Johnny Cash, we'll give you Justin Bieber.
No win against the All Blacks is dumb luck, you earn it all the way!![]()
Just happy to be here
the boys are back in town wallabies made errors as much as the all blacks but we took our chances when given to us.
The wallabies are back!
they deserved that win and they worked hard for it.
I have one word for you, The Dunning.

But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! I think both teams have some way to go before the world cup, the first 40 mins were clearly the AB's the second half well the Wallabies turned up and played good hard penetrating rugby and the All Blacks didn't seem to leave the dressing room.
Sorry Chook but I still think the Wallabies have a long way to go in the scrum area, I really think Hayman had it all over Dunning until he was in binned.
Australia's centres were great in the 2nd half! In the first half they seemed to run across the field without really getting over the advantage line but in the second half they really sliced things up.
The next two tests thanks to Sth Africa will be pretty abysmal but the next Wallabies v All Blacks game will be very interesting to see who has learned the lessons from the 1st match...
I have to agree with Nick, we have a LOT of work to do...
Dunning is at least being more competitive, but still not Haymans equal...He is a work in progress and quite possibly will be at his best come RWC time, so keep an eye on him is my tip...
After swearing at the telly for the first half i settled down with a beer and my little fella Austin and sat enthralled as the wallabies began to play rugby in the second half...Once hayman got the arse( legitemately mind you, if not him any one of them as they were definately slowing play down when the chips were down), the floodgates well and truly opened and the confidence was finally there for all to see...That said, a game of two halves doesn't bode well for the trip to NZ....
Proudly bought to you by a brewery somewhere....
