For my little milestone (1000th post), an intro (back dated to April 2006)..
As can be deduced from my online alias, I am Kenyan though I'm sure many of you since meeting have probably quietly questioned this. So to clear things up, Kenyan on the Old Man's side (no, can't run to save my life; haven't seen wildlife other than at the zoo or national park; Kenya isn't South Africa nor in it; and yes, we play rugby in Kenya..sorry, no League available).
As passionate a rugby supporter as any, my loves in life (other than The Family) are rugby, rugby and rugby and to be very specific, The Kenya Harlequin, The Western Force, and The All Blacks (yes, we've won the WC..who cares when and how often).
Played rugby at various levels for about 15yrs but now resigned to being but a mere spectator, an aspiring C-grade touch player, and wannabe rugby mentor to little Miss KQ and KQ Jr.
It has been and will continue to be a priviledge and an honour to be part of TWF and I'm looking forward to many many many more years of postings (till I'm booted out I guess) and TWF dos. A big asante (thank you) to everyone here at TWF for giving me something constructive to do at work
