We're on the move. Big thanks to Nick Marvin. Great job

A global search is underway for a chief executive to lead World Series Rugby into next year’s expanded competition that will see Western Force battle seven teams for a $1 million purse.
In another move Force chief executive Nick Marvin is taking on a new role with the club.

So it looks like the Force need a new one too.

Seems like it but not as urgently I would say with Marvin hanging around.
So. Suggestions anyone?
Michael Lynagh for WSR. Twiggy should pick the Force CEO
Proudly Western Australian; Proudly supporting Western Australian rugby
Wouldnt surprise me if Andrew Forrest brings in someone from NFL or NBA for the WSR role.

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa

Noddy. Now there's an idea but would he move from the life he has in England especially as his son is starting to blossom over there.
There really needs to be a major announcement on teams and draw for WSR this month! For the teams to be able to properly prepare, and for marketing to have any chance, there can't be any more delay. Yes I know it's RA delaying, time to press the nuclear button!

Ali absolutely these are linked. The issue is November (I think Steve Tew mentioned as the date for an announcement) doesn't allow enough time for WSR. It is in RA's interest to use the next broadcast deal as the reason for a delay. But Forest has an ace up the sleeve. Time to threaten to use it!
Also imagine the players ready to sign for WSR if it's announced this month. Hmmm....
What's also interesting is that there has been little mentioned about the Lions agreement which has already expired. SA seems seems a lock but anything after that who knows. They could tour Argentina which would send the RA further up shit creek without a paddle.
Most CEOs will be in Europe anyway due to the AIs and IRB awards.
