Western Force will be looking to claw their way off the bottom of the Australian Super Rugby conference and avoid a second consecutive wooden spoon when they restart their campaign against the Cheetahs on Saturday night.
They have three games left to gain some respectability in a poor season and the game in Bloemfontein will end a frustrating 14 weeks on the sidelines for playmaker Jono Lance who tore his left shoulder pectoral muscle against the Brumbies in round three.
“It’s been tough but I’ve worked pretty hard because I wanted to play the last few games,” Lance said.
