The Western Force kicks off its Super Rugby season against the Waratahs in Sydney on Sunday, 23 February and the Sea of Blue will be come together to cheer on the team in the Northbridge Piazza!
With the support of the City of Perth, the Force will broadcast its opening Super Rugby fixture against the Waratahs live from Sydney on the BIG SCREEN at the Piazza.
Belong in the Sea of Blue from 12pm at this family-friendly event with entertainment led by MC Fitzi from 96FM’s ‘Blackers, Carmen & Fitzi’, including face painting, balloon maker and giveaways!
Western Force players will also be present to watch the screening of the match live from Sydney on the big screen from 1.05pm.
The Corner Kitchen will also have food available for purchase from 12pm.

The Piazza Screening follows on from the Force Fan Day in the series of the club’s BELONG events, that look to unite people through rugby and bring together rugby fans regardless of their allegiances.

Spectators attending the Western Force’s first home match of the season against the Brumbies will be greeted by a hive of activity and Force representatives welcoming them to the opening Super Rugby fixture in Perth. If you’re enthusiastic about the Super Rugby season, this event will add a spring to your step for the walk to the Force Field (nib Stadium) from the ground’s nearest train station.
