This cunning plan was proposed by a certain gentleman (of rocket fame) - Basically if you ask someone to be your friend they get an email notification.

As FA and Laura are NOT enjoying their self imposed ban we thought it would be insteresting to bombard their mailbox with friendship requests from their favourite website.

It is a self imposed ban - when she requested to be banned she signed up as a new identity and was rumbled in 10 minutes - so Coachie unbanned her and it is now a self imposed ban - she can have friends.
