EWFSC vote for head coach

It is about time HO down at the EWF listen to the EWFSC.....there is some widom and many years of knowledge from many of the loyal members.

For mine. I think Nick Stiles has done pretty well as a forwards coach and would be good to keep if we get a backs based head coach.

We need a specialist Head Coach first.
Not specialist coaches looking for a new challenge, or interested in filling in in the meantime.
Conduct a proper process, and pay them well, make them accountable.
