Blake out of Ireland Test
June 19, 2006
WALLABY prop Rodney Blake has been ruled out of Saturday's Subiaco Test with Ireland.
Blake injured his ankle in the Melbourne win over England on Saturday and, though tests today revealed he has a sprain rather than any serious damage, he is still unable to place his considerable weight on it.
The Wallabies say a replacement will come from within the squad.

Thats a bit of an issue considering that Rodzilla is a considerable weight ... Good thing he lost those 20kgs recently!!Originally Posted by Burgs
Knuckles has a soft spot for Baxter unfortunately.
He is a monty to start.
There is talk of Baxter at Loosehead and Shepherdson at Tighthead in some media, would have to be better than that moron anchoring the scrum again I guess
Anyone who rated Baxter on his two visits to the pitch this year must have their eyes painted on, he was pathetic.

So Robinson to the Bench maybe? *Hopeful look*
If Holmes plays then it will probably be 1 Baxter, 3 Holmes, 16 Shepherdson, otherwise you may be in luck with 1 Baxter, 3 Shepherdson, 16 Robinson.
As flower power says, Knuckles is pretty determined about Baxter and widely tipped to want to try him as a Loosehead so Robinsons best hope is to have Holmes out.

McIsaac should make a return also..
McIssac and Shepherson to come into the run on side...![]()
