I'll try and get Waratah figures to match but I thought these stats may have been of interest:
Force:
3 x Debut’s- Ryan Cross, AJ Whalley & Jon McGrath (+ Giteau, Mitchell & Takiari)
2x Captains- Nathan Sharpe (9) & Scott Staniforth (1)
Brumbies:
7 x Debuts- Matt Carraro, Salesi Ma'afu, Richard Stanford, Tim Wright, Peter Playford, Anthony Faingaa, Francis Fainifo (+ Huxley & Hoiles)
3 x Captains- Stirling Mortlock (4), Alister Campbell (1), George Smith (5)
Reds:
12 x Debut’s- Charlie Fetoai, Will Genia, Ed O'Donoghue, Clinton Schifcofske, Brando Va'alu, Quade Cooper, Herman Hunt, Andrew Walker, Gavin Warren, Ernest Skelton, Tama Tuirirangi & David Te Moana
1x Captain- John Roe (10)

wow reds 12 debuts
Hasn't Walker played for the Reds before? or was he before Super Rugby?
Would Te Moana be a debutant also?
Walker was a Brumby, so I guess he just needs to be in a braketed area ala gits and the like.
I dunno if Temona actually got a cap previous so I can't answer that.
Waratahs:
7 x Debut’s- Lachlan Turner, Beau Robinson, Kurtley Beale, Ben Hand, Dean Mumm, Al Manning, Josh Holmes (+ Tim Davidson, Josh Valentne, Sam Harris if you stretch the imagination)
2x Captains- Phil Waugh (2, not counting the 10 seconds in round 3) & Adam Freier (6)
According to the print on my wall behind me, he (Te Moana) was #17 for the first game against the Brumbies. I can't imagine that Fitter (one of the most inappropriately named men in Rugby!!) made it all the way through the game! hahaha
Pretty sure he started one or two as well. If I could be stuffed, I'd pull out my programs and check...........maybe another day!
Gits, Hux etc played continously from one Club to the next, Walker has been well removed from Australian Rugby so while not a Super Rugby debut he is certainly a Reds debut from outside of the existing system.
Te Moana made the Force bench nine times for seven Caps however has been removed from the Australian system with a season in the NPC with Bay of Plenty.
To be truelly pedantic, Tama Tuirirangi has 26 Caps for the Hurricanes and 6 for the Chiefs prior to "debuting" for the Reds.
Make of it what you will, I have used the official ARU stats reports and it was intended as an indication of turnover.

Sorry mate, wasn't trying to ruffle your feathers! Just thought that the stats were over exaggerating an unfortunate season for the Reds.![]()
