Does anyone know or have heard rumours about the number of Western Force members who renewed their membership?
Or how many members they have for 2007?
I have heard conflicting reports. Some say they have lost about 4000 members whilst others say that their is still a waiting list for Gold memberships and above.
Any new information?
I have heard similar on both rumours Mambo, I guess both could also be true?
I know when I renewed my Gold that the lady said don't bother trying for an upgrade for our group of eight as there had been very few Golds to withdraw, especially in a block that size.
Once we get the win up in Round 1 I bet the numbers lift![]()

Thanks Burgs,
Maybe that means that the drop may be in silver and below. Silver sold out last year but yesterday I could easily purchase a silver ticket for Game one. So possible the drop off is in Silver memberships.....
Your on the money , about 4,000 have pulled the pin
Idiots...

I sooooo wanted a membership....
Proudly bought to you by a brewery somewhere....
Hope you got an Out of Towners? Thats what I've got for my kids the last 2 years
Dear Lord, if you give us back Johnny Cash, we'll give you Justin Bieber.
The membership includes those Out of Towners...who may have decided to not renew this year.
It was always going to happen, once the hype dropped off.
Who cares, those who love the Force are there.
I have two friends who opted out of Silver membership, but only for business reasons, as they frequently interstate. They will attend all the games they can by buying general admission tickets. I have every confidence that the support will be as vocal as last season, hopefully more so.Originally Posted by Mambo No. 5
I just hope that everyone turns out in full force on the first game especially because it will be a huge boost for the guys, especially the likes of Gits and Drew who were also lured here for the "sea of blue" euphoria.

I change my membership this year. From poor seats to much better seats, argueably the one best spots to sit at Subi. That meant going from Gold to Nickel. Half the price, for 100x the better seats.
Likewise - got gold tickets last year for a couple of games and found the Nickel ones better - with the Gold ones I needed binoclars (and I eat me carrots! ) - by the way if membership is anything to go by I paid Sept 1 last year and still ain't got it - every time I ring up Rugby Wa I get a different story ! so that could explain some of the drop in membership
Also found a better class of spectator in Nickel seats - they screamed, jumped up and down and yelled out comments - in Gold there was silence and a polite rumble at the "better trys"

61 years between Grand SlamsWas the wait worth it - Ya betta baby
2 of our group pulled out of silver this year too. Work commitments was the reason, becouse of all the Friday night games!
Well we had 10 tickets in our silver membership group last season and 4 pulled the pin. One was financial - the other a combination of the venue and that the others pulled out. We requested a seating change and have been moved from the lowest tier into the second tier in the eastern stand (still in silver). So here's hoping the extra height will mean we can see the far corner of the pitch.
4000?
Wernt there over 20,000 members last year, I have seen a report which had this year as low as 11,000 for 2007 so far. I hope this was untrue.
