Hi All,
We'll be broadcasting the game against the Brumbies Live from Canberra on Friday Night.
Once again I will be joined by a couple of the non-playing Force squad for the commentary. I'm pleased to see that 90.5 commentator David Pocock is fit enough to return to the team.
The preview will include an Interview with Scott Staniforth who told me last week in Hamilton he had been an avid listener to 90.5's coverage during his period out through injury.
I understand there is an AFL game match happening at the same time so I expect 90.5 to be the only station broadcasting the match, just as we were in Hamilton.
There won't be talkback after this game as we'll be going straight to our coverage of the WAFL with South Fremantle and East Perth playing.
Coming for drink before/after the game David??
80 Minutes, 15 Positions, No Protection, Wanna Ruck?

Education is Important, but Rugby is Importanter!
I will be drinking after the game certainly - and I'm looking forward to seeing all those blue shirts in the stand cheering the boys on.
I thought there was a good sprinkling of Force fans in Hamilton. I could certainly hear them when Sharpey went over for the first try.
We'll all be concentrated in 1 block on the dead ball line corner David.
Bay 73.
I'll be wearing my 90.5 shirt (blue/yellow) so if you see me at the ground or at the hotel just say hello.
We'll look like this Dave....see ya there.

Thanks for the picture - it will take a little time to remove the mental image!!
In Scott Staniforth's interview with Blak Kagi he talks about where he's at with his contract negotiations with the club.
He also talks about the significance of the match against the Brumbies and the threat posed by Stephen Larkham.

David thanks for the broadcast last week - nearly totaled the car when I heard Sharpies try - Bam Bam was an instresting commentator ! Good stuff
61 years between Grand SlamsWas the wait worth it - Ya betta baby
Bam Bam was a bit shy about coming on but he did really well. I can't get over how composed he is both playing and handling everything off the field.
His hands are massive - if he wasn't a Rugby player he would do well on the farm.
Bam-Bam is destined to take over the leadership when Sharpie retires for mine.
I keep forgetting to mention it but in the euphoria of our first home win I was very impressed to see that the first person to leave the Force huddle of celebration to shake hands with the opposition was the youngest man on the field, one David Pocock.
I just hope that he is a career Forceman.
