The Horan Little Shield will go on the line this week for the first time it has been up for grabs at an away fixture this year.
The match is in Geelong on Sunday and will be shown Live on Fox 503, which is a bit confusing because the Fox Guide is showing it at 11.30am - 1.30pm Perth Time and the NRC Fixtures has it as 3.00pm Perth Time which does not add up?

The Fox live stream schedule has it as 12 PM Perth time, which would be 3 PM Victoria time (the 7th is the first day of daylight savings).
I reckon this makes more sense:

(3 PM Perth time would be 6 PM in Geelong .. I doubt they'd go for a late-arvo/twilight game ... and pay for lights)
Apologies that 3pm would be Vic Time, which is noon Perth time if they are on D/S.
So the Fox schedule may have 30 minutes of bullshit before hand.
So I guess kick off will actually be noon Perth time.

They still havent released a replay of the Force smashing the Sydney Rays.. unbeleivable. Foxsports are a joke. The whole fixture thing with the NRC is incredibly disorganized and it makes it very frustrating trying to follow any team. It's just one more thing the RA have f$%ed up in a long list of many.

I’m getting a headache!
May the FORCE be with you!
Why is the shield up grabs in an away game?
Anyway, this is a big banana-skin game for the Force, really am worried about the coming away with a loss for this one;especially as I have a real concern that the side they put out on the park will be as close to a full-strength Rebels side as possible.
Worried that our next two matches in a row might be losses.
Anyway, enough of being a negative nancy, the Force know what's ahead of them, they can do it.

Is that rule taken from the Ranfurly Shield?
Either way, Melbourne lucked out.

Boys to men
The truth may set you free, but only evidence convicts
How does the Horan-Little Shield will work?
1. Whichever team holds the Horan-Little Shield is required to put it up for challenge at every home fixture.
2. For away fixtures, holders of the Horan-Little Shield may choose to accept challenges but are not obliged to do so.
3. In the event the holder wins two consecutive home games, or challenges, the Shield is then automatically up for challenge for each subsequent game the holder plays whether home or away.
4. The team holding the Shield at the end of the regular season (or finals game if they choose to play for the Shield then) will be the only team whose name is engraved on the Shield.
