Stadium might not be ready

I don't know about them seeing the benefits of having a stadium - I just can't believe they're not able to see the downside in not having the stadium ready!

Yeah, bloody kiwi governments,It's great that we live in such an enlightened zone.Our government wouldn't promise funding for a stadium upgrade and then withdraw the offer when the cash is required, would they?
