Should polls be able to be voted on by "guests"?

A Pom or Tahs fan could vote under their name, than sign out and vote again under a guest. We would never have a true number. Renee may even of lost her championship, it's just would not be fair.

I actually did just vote No, but in reading all the replies I've changed my mind.

If we did let guests vote only on polls (meaning thats the only thing they're allowed to do interactively), it could have some positive outcomes.

I'm with beav on this one but as suggested it would be better if it was restricted and not on all polls. A good way to entice people to join. If they vote then there is a good chance they may have something to say.
