    Proud Inaugural Member

    Hi All,

I have been reading this site for a few months now and have enjoyed everything on it. Great to be able to read about "The Force" from fellow enthusiasts. Have watched rugby since 1991 when as a student I stayed up late to watch the 91 world cup triumph and have been a follower ever since.

Work with a few guys who are equally into rugby from all over the world (Pom, Saffa and a Kiwi - this is not the start of a joke) and we have all joined the Force bandwagon and have become members.

Bring on the Brumbies. By the way I think that we can knock them off!

Welcome aboard Mambo, great that you made the jump after reading as a guest for quite awhile.
Hopefully there are a few more like you out there waiting for the season to start.
Look forward to your input through the season/year.
By the way, bit hard to tell from the photo but is that avatar of yours old enough to drink?!?! (re best beer thread )
Might meet you at the Leederville if you can make it to next Thursdays launch

Thanks sage.... Was at the first trial game at Subi and just felt that we are going to be competitive this year.

Loved the work of some of the so called backup players which will keep the first XV on their toes and provides a certain depth to the squad.

I have been to a few inaugural cames in other codes and so often the new home team can lift themselves for that first game. Also think Mitchell has a few tricks up his sleaves.
