I reckon you're right - it will be a sell out regardless - but I hope they get a good Chinese representation in the crowd. They make up 97% of the population and, having visited last year, that is the general population right there.

The sevens is a huge event on the HK calendar each year but interest in the game itself is still quite low compared to other team sports like soccer and basketball.
