No surprising results but..........

Well, unsurprisingly England and France won their games last night. However, what is surprising is that France were 43-3 in front and Ireland pulled back to a final score of 43-31. If only Ireland had not been so error prone in the first half we may have seen another upset. And, an even bigger surprise is that England’s final score of 31-16 was flattering and Italy had the lead for a period. Well done to Italy, this is why they were brought into the competition, to give them a chance to develop and they are doing it well. At a 6kg per man disadvantage in the pack Italy managed to hold up throughout the whole game and spoiled a lot of the England packs moves....great stuff.

What worries me is Scotland have still to play them.

yeah sounded like Italy did very well and it good to see all teams in the 6 nations improving opver the last few years!
will be going for a Wales win today just so England stay a game clear after only 2 rounds

should be a good close battle though!
