Recent history of Roos - there is 15 pages on Google about this incident - think it's what John Mitchell was talking about :

Stormers flanker Schalk Burger will appear before a judiciary today after being cited for showing dissent at a touch judge in the Super 14 on Saturday.Burger joined a fracas in the Stormers-Sharks match at Durban and was reported by touch judge Willie Roos and yellow-carded by referee Kelvin Deaker.

The Stormers have lodged an official complaint against the performance of referee Willie Roos in their 9-16 loss to the Bulls last weekend.
Local newspaper Die Burger confirmed that Rob Wagner, who heads the Stormers, sent the letter to SA Referees chief Andre Watson this week.

CAPE TOWN, South Africa (AP) - Springbok and Stormers flanker Schalk Burger was suspended for two weeks Tuesday after being found guilty of unsporting behavior during a Super 14 match.

Burger was cleared on a separate charge of referee abuse after the same incident that arose after he was yellow-carded for involving himself in an off-the-ball scuffle between Sharks skipper Johann Muller and Stormers prop Brian Mujati in last Saturdays 10-12 defeat to the Sharks.

Referee's assistant Willie Roos of South Africa recommended a yellow card for Burger's interference to referee Kelvin Deaker of New Zealand.

Burger was angered by Roos' intervention and unleashed a series of hand gestures and shouts at Roos showing his displeasure at the decision. He was cited for the outburst.

Burger will miss the clash against the table-topping Canterbury Crusaders from New Zealand on Friday and the game against the Queensland Reds when the Stormers travel on their Australia and New Zealand tour next week.
