Either day should be ok for me, though at the moment I'm scheduled to back from Brunei early on the 27th, so may be a little doughy- no doubt I'll be needing a beverage or two.

One question- is the park big enough for a game of touch? When Rhonda and I were chucking/kicking the ball around with Ez the other week I seem to remember getting stuck in alot of sand at one point.
yeah, thats what i was thinking...
    SEE I TOLD YOU LAURA!!!

other option is McGillivray near the superstore. Uni's home ground.
there are already pitches marked out there.
the only thing is that its not that close to public transport.
Loch Street Station is just down the road though. i am willing to cram people into my car(although its a 2 door so cram is a good word to use) if they want to catch the train.

is this better swee? and others?

What say we do a reccy on Sat before Wallabies game (I'm only going off a vague memory from kicking the footy at the Chiefs game), unless anyone has a definative opinion?

    BOKKE
“Let me put it this way, A Springbok team contains Afrikaners, Englishmen, coloureds and blacks. It has parochial foes in Bulls, Sharks, Stormers, Cheetahs and Lions. It is a recipe for war! Yet in all the years of John Smit’s captaincy, there has never been one unhappy customer, not one voice of rebellion against his leadership. He is the glue that holds the Springboks together. The man is a legend!”- Jake White

Note sure if that was a reply to my comment or not, but I meant since we'll be at JBs this week for the Wallabies (well I will anyway), we can size up the field to see if it's big enough- a 20m detour on the way to the pub shouldn't tire us out too much

Dont have a go at the ladies. If its to hard maybe you should get one of them to organize it?

Fine dont ask my opinion. I thought everyone would want to be close to the bowlo or JB's and its just a friendly match, does it have to be on a proper rectangle, with a qualified ref? I was under the impression it was a sunday arvo come kick the footy round kind of a thing and I thought that patch of grass next to the bowlo would be ok for that.
