The evil one in me hopes for a wet one that will turn the pitch (or oval depending on your persuasion) into a marsh pit making it absolutely hideous on Saturday and thereby stressing the need for rugby to have a separate venue. Problem with the evil one's desires is that rugby could end up being lynched by the rather large AFL mob.

The good one hopes for pleasant weather conditions--light drizzle for most of the day, clearing in the afternoon--leading to perfect playing conditions and hopefully a super game of rugby.

Lets hope good overcomes evil and we have decent weather, a decent crowd and a decent game (Saturday can take care of itself).
