Ok - not all girls - my wife likes him. But she picked me and that is a scary thought!
Another point is injuries to key players - the Brumbies found out how hard it is this year when they had to keep promoting players and they automatically get paid the higher rates. If you are carrying an injured player (Rathbone is a great example), then paying for a player becomes harder.
