I think what you will find Jazza is that the players tend to play with a little bit more confidence and direction and quite possibly this will be evidenced on Saturday with Gits in the lineup which is pretty much what Ella's pointing out. No doubt we have talent, but whether we have the confidence and higher sense of direction without Gits is questionable.

they always walk around, but more players do it when they win and it takes longer when they win coz fans stick around, but when they lose only a few come around and not many fans stick around coz 'the force boys didn't do their job' as they claim i'm always around after the games

Mark Ella is full of crap. I mean any team can stumble along without a few star players- hell his precious Waratahs fell to 13th without Vickerman and Waugh. That was almost a whole season of losses against our two. One of which our only play-maker was out for 60 minutes and we still pushed the opposition until the final seconds and only chance was the deciding factor. The other wasn't lost by the absence of one player (Giteau), it was lost by the team. All you ever seem to hear from Mark Ella these days is that Australia sucks for these reasons and this team sucks and the world is falling down. He should moan less and do more to fix these problems he sees or move to England. He could have a nice little column next to Austin Healy or Stephen Jones.

Disagree with Ella - we lost those two games because the rest of the team didn't show up on the pitch - nothing to do with Gitts at all - column inches must be trying to pay off his bar tab from the sevens outing.

i know the names of them all... but thats still half the reason i get the pics! but the girls i was near knew the entire squad by name after an hour standing next to me!
