    Is this a drop kick?

Would you classify this as a drop kick? Is it the intent or the action that determines whether it is a drop kick or not, or in this case, would the initial fumble rule it a knock-on?

nah he definatley lost control of it, you can clearly see it slip from his hands, which is why it fell akwardly onto his shin. he just covered it well.

Don't need to add to this, Ecky will be able to quote chapter and verse to you, but he lost control and the ball hit the ground, everything after that is secondary!

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Yes, he will be able to quote chapter and verse, but he chooses not to.

'sall been said & done. A fly-kick, or hack in mid-air after the player has lost control of it maketh not it a drop kick. Or any other type of kick.
