City of Cambridge Comes to Its Senses - JB O'Reillys get extended licensed area!

It would appear that the town of Cambridge have come to their senses! I'd like to think that the wee community here at TWF helped sway them, but who gives a rats - the BAR IS OPEN and the council has given them permission to use the carpark as a licensed area!

As one of the closer bars to Subiaco Oval, JB's is a natural choice for pre-Western Force drinks, hell the bar is even painted 'force' ('Western Force' is the new Black)

Their capacity is of course not unlimited, so if you do find yourself turned away, don't despair! (and please don't be a lout!) just head across the road to The Leederville Sporting Club at 78 Cambridge Street (beside the Town Hall and behind the Rose gardens) which will be open before and after the game. Cheap drinks at club prices, plenty of room, big screen and projector (may have game 1 or 2 on replay) and great service. What's the catch you ask? You have to be a member.....you can join on the night for $12 which will get you through to 1 July ($40 pa).

Next pub on from here is the Leederville - but if that's your pub of choice, surely you would be catching one of their COMPLIMETARY buses. They will have 2 buses ferrying patrons to the game from one hour before kick off, and then ferrying patrons back to the Leederville after the game where you can proceed to wash away that special suni oval taste of warm ligh beer or midstrength rum .... ew...

If anyone see's Fava - DON'T buy him a drink

Dear Lord, if you give us back Johnny Cash, we'll give you Justin Bieber.

Don't give Henjak any coke either (allegedly).

Is this a regular thing with the tents at Subi? The only time I've been there was for the Saffa game and the tents were there then.

Hopefully. I'll be there so I expect the red carpet treatment.
