Western Force UK Tour Dates

Tentative dates for the Western Force's tour of the UK as follows. I believe the mid-week matches against academy sides will have a Western Force Academy side fielded with the full available Western Force squad taking to the paddock on weekends.

All you UK/Continent dwelling Force Fans now have the opportunity to watch as many Force games as we here in Perth did this year!!

Both matches at OAC in St Albans
NB Middlesex 7s are on Sat 16th Aug at Twickenham if you want to make a w-e of it! (who knows - maybe the Force boys will have the same idea...)

Tue 27 Aug - 7pm - Saints Wanderers v Force Academy

I'm thinking more video coverage of all the games streamed directly to TWF.

Can't see it happening myself, but the Force should film the games and sell a DVD when they get back - I'd certainly buy one, if only to see how the lads shape up against some of the better NH opposition!

I'm confused- the Force website says that the Force academy is playing the Wanderers on the 23rd and the Saints website says the Force are playing the Saints in the 23rd. I'm definitely keen to see the Saints v Force if thats on the 23rd. Anyone know whats up?

I would guess that mid-week matches are the academy matches and weekends are weekend matches are starting sides, however - the saints fixturesd were up before RugbyWA had finalised them (as far as they were concerned) so the RugbyWA ones may well be correct. Helpful much?

I'd have thought you were right about the w-e matches being the full-strength teams...

PS - why did 'The Man' groan at me for offering to take pictures?
Or was he groaning, via me, at the low likelihood of TV/streaming coverage?

I'm trying to get to the Saints and Tigers games and would be happy to write a match report for them. I can't make any promises that it would be any good though.
