Well Country rugby fans the relentless drive to bring "the game they play in heaven" to the masses continues! This week saw the winter sports roadshow with Hockey Netball Footy and Rugby combining resources to go to Manjimup and Margs to give a taster to over 200 young guys n gals. The weather conspired to make manji oval into the shallow and deep end but the fun for the kids who travelled up from Pemby to get soaked was not to be extinguished!! then it was up stakes and move on to the night time delights of Margs- better weather and more kids- we are slowly seeing all the kids in the South-West! No rest for this little D.O.- off to ref at Duns saturday which is a general muster for all rugby players who can still strap on the boots, then Sunday sees the Jets play their first games. Then in the car and down to Denmark and Albany for a couple of days- holiday I hear you ask? Fat chance Denmark Ag now has girls and boys playing- about 40 of them!! Will keep you posted rugby fans!!
