    Ok, will explain it.

When there is a trophy between two teams, it is a fairly standard protocol that when one team wins the trophy, they hold on to the trophy until the other team wins it off them. In the case of a draw, the team with the trophy would retain it.

Using the example of the most famous trophy in Australian sporting terms: The Ashes, which were won by Austalia in 1961. When the 1962/63 series was a draw, Australia retained the Ashes.

Pretty standard trophy protocol - you need to win the trophy, a draw is sufficient to maintain it.

    See Ashes, The
he's right, in fact i think it's the norm across all sports. Draw series/games the holder keeps the trophy

I have a trophy right here which I believe suitably reflects the prestige such an award would carry

My word, Force fans talking about history. 3 years and counting.

Speaking of 2007, even in our worst year we still didn't lose to the Force. Tidy.

Was just speaking to Jesus, he reckons the Epping/Hornsby trophy that he and Sage have going was about $80, and fits over a schooner.. I reckon this would be an awesome idea, and you never know.. one day you might win it
