Auckland's First five-eighth Lachie Munro. Nothing on you tube yet but it's hard to keep watching it. There saying it was a dislocated shoulder but you can see it come out of the socket when he palms someone of, his face tells the story and then he gets tackled from behind and a rubber arm is flopping around and then he hits the deck.

It is terrible to watch. I've got it on video just to grose out the wife when she gets in.

I remember that when it happened, honestly this is a terrible injury and you have to see it to believe it. Even the commentators were a bit "Eergh that's a bad one".

I think this looks so bad because you can see him running with a rubber arm and his face is already in pain and then he gets smashed from behind and drilled into the ground with his rubber man arm flopping all over the place.

Videos like that make me cringe, for sports first aid course we had to watch a whole series of them just to see how serious some injuries can be.

Bay of Plenty v Southland, then Canterbury v Hawkes Bay

The NPC Play offs kick off this Friday evening on Fox Sports 3 from 3.30pm has Canterbury v Tasman

Then on Saturday on Fox Sports 1 at 1.30pm Wellington v Taranaki , Then at 3.30pm Bay of Plenty v Southland

The final play off game on Fox Sports 2 at 10.30pm on Sunday has Hawke’s Bay take on Waikato

and there will be more replays during Sunday
