no. and when we dont get the games. WNC can say it was "because we dont have adequate stadia for the benifit of all sports played"
i'm not watching 7s at subi!

they won't even be able to use subi because it will have been demolished by then. They can't use the multi-purpose ground for the Rugby 7's because that will be where the track and field takes place, unless they intend to add moving targets to the Javelin event

Western Force don't play there because it only holds 17,500. The Glory are apparently unhappy because the facilities at MES are lacking. Without some serious cash being invested into MES or a new Rectangular stadium, i have more chance of playing inside centre for Wallabies then Perth does of succesfully bidding for the commonwealth games

There has been talk of hosting the badminton in Geraldton if Perth wins the Comm Games, so they could host the 7s and sports like that in other places like Queensland, NSW and maybe even Victoria cause they have lots of stadiums.

hold the swimming in Sydney, the Rugby 7's in Melbourne, athletics in Brisbane. Make lawn bowls a Commonwealth sport and hold that at West Leederville bowls club
