A Quick Apology

I was wrong.
I was wrong in my observation that a fellow member had been unfairly pressured into deserting their support for their national team of choice. To the members i upset i apologise, you were right to be offended.

As has been stated already, fencesitting is frustrating if its continued behaviour. Lara please just stick by whoever you choose to support. If its the Springboks thats cool, if its the Wallabies thats cool or even New Zealand. If its all 3 then thats cool too.

Lara im happy for you to support both if thats what you decide. I also don't understand why who you choose to support causes so much negative opinion towards you, its totally up to you.
What does worry me though is how the negativity makes you feel. To me it does go to far sometimes.

I know this is an issue i've brought up and accept responsibility for the consequences of trying to defend your right to choose who to support.
When i see a statement like this it tells me that the issue has gone too far and needs to stop now. This is the effect on you i was worried would happen. So please, can the negative posts towards laras choice of who to support end.

And lara was staunchly a Saffa supporter and when the Wallabies beat them she was in support of the Wallabies. The decision is clearly there at both times.

NTT decided to publicly apologize to Lara for something he said. How about we leave it at that. I think everyones opinions have been voiced enough on this subject.

What's the big deal if Lara wants to support both teams? It's her life let her decide who she wants to cheer for.

If supporting them both makes you happy Lara then stick to it.

Guys just cut it. Everyone grow up, get over it and give the girl a break. You're all entitled to your opinions and views but can we not rehash it over and over and over again and throughout the site.
