Why are the links to Membership Renewal so poor

From the RUPA site and the ARU site - there is a link to membership renewal for the Force and other Clubs

For example for the Tahs you get presented with a choice Membership Renewal and New member...

For the Western Force - you get a blank screen - with links above - you click memberships and get asked for an access code - NOT FRIENDLY

It pains me to say this but for a new member this is rubbish I'd rather join the Tahs

I am trying to get some info on the open boxes for next year, the contact person is away on leave and i havent had any response from the Address that was mailed to me.. Pretty Poor, considering they are chasing new members..!! Will give it another week or so, if no response, will look at alternative entertainment for customers.. Come on Rugbywa get it together...!!!!

Ring/email Katie Staniforth she will sort everything out.
I emailed her back and forth trying to find a seat in our area for a friend and she sorted it no dramas, then the seat got put on hold so that when my friend rang up anyone who answered the phone knew exactly where she was talking about.

Based upon my experience of membership renewal, I'm going to recommend what several others have done already.....bugger the website, ring them. I called, they emailed me the form, told me how to fill it in and put a hold on the seats so's me and miniGIGS can watch the footy next year.

Sorry Jehna, had to move over a block to get the seats, but I'll still try and po 'round for a beer at 1/2 time.

The good news? MiniGIGS has a 100% record over ALL attendances at Subiaco, he hasn't seen his team lose live! So you can shove your Hometown hoodoo up your shiny metal aaaaaaaaaaaaaasss!
